Town have announced their pre-season fixtures ahead of the 2022/23 FAWNL Southern Premier Division season.
The Tractor Girls will begin their pre-season schedule with a trip to Plough Lane on July 16 as part of a double-header with AFC Wimbledon. Kick-off will be at 4:45pm, following the conclusion of the men's fixture immediately prior. This will be a second trip to Plough Lane for Joe Sheehan's side, with Town having won there in December as part of the Blues' historic run in the Women's FA Cup.
Town return home to Suffolk a week later, as Cambridge United make the trip to Dellwood Avenue for the first of back-to-back home friendlies. The Blues conclude July by hosting Barclay's Women's Championship side Charlton Athletic, who finished fifth in the second tier last season. Town were due to face another Championship side away from home on August 7 but following a cancellation, discussions remain ongoing with other clubs to find a replacement fixture.
The Tractor Girls will conclude their preparations for the new campaign just as they did last year by taking on reigning FAWNL Northern Premier Division champions Wolves, with the Black Country side playing host to this year's encounter.
Town return to pre-season training on Monday 4 July.
