Ipswich Town Women will once again take to the field for charity as they face a Kings Of Anglia XI (Formerly Ipswich Town Talk) in the second annual " Battle Of The Sexes" match on Sunday 12th May in aid of Suffolk Mind.
Rewind
Last May, the two teams squared off at Needham Market FC in front of a crowd of 80 as the girls ran out 8-5 winners.
The boys had led 3-0 inside twelve minutes through Kes Hawkins and a brace from Jake Hammond, but winger Sophie Welton netted a hat-trick, whilst Jac Ball, Tori Campbell, Miagh Downey, Molly Hall and Natasha Thomas were all on target as the Blues took control.
Will Neller and current club Media Officer Kieren Standley netted two late goals for the men but Town held on to claim the bragging rights.
The success of last year's event saw over £600 raised for East Anglian Children's Hospices.

This Year's Chosen Charity
The chosen charity is Suffolk Mind (Registered charity no. 1003061), a mental health charity very close to the heart of Ipswich Town Football Club.
With the current partnership between the club and the charity, and with current Tractor Girls having publicly opened up about their battles with mental health, it was a no brainer to dedicate this year's match to the fantastic work Suffolk Mind do to support those in need of support on a daily basis.

The Opposition
The Men have renamed their side to Kings Of Anglia due to the links with the East Anglian Daily Times.
Their squad remains largely unchanged but there's an added twist this year with Town boss Joe Sheehan, goalkeeping coach Tony O'Neill and Strength & Conditioning coach Alex Bevens all included in their ranks.
The boys will also be managed by former Blues boss Ralph Pruden.
About This Year's Event
This year's game will be held at The Goldstar Ground, home to both the Tractor Girls and Felixstowe & Walton United FC on Sunday 12th May, with a kickoff time of 2pm.
Admission to the ground will be via a donation of choice to Suffolk Mind on the turnstiles.
Alternatively, you can donate to support this event via their website.
Refreshments for supporters will also be available from the clubhouse.
