Leonie had spent time at Arsenal and Chelsea before she joined Ipswich Town U21's programme during the 2018-19 season. Prior to her time at the club she also spent time on multiple England youth camps. Leonie made her senior debut for Ipswich Town in the Blues' 3-2 home victory over Actonians in September 2019.
